Android 12 has been official for a few weeks and users are already wondering when will they update their devices. Today we are focusing on Xiaomi, one of the most mobile phones that will be able to update to Android 12 current 2021 and 2023. The list is not official, but it comes from Xiaomiui, one of the Twitter accounts having the most success in this type of problem. In this list, it is possible to know what Xiaomi phones will have Android 12 and which will not be updated. Of course, the dates are, for the moment, a total unknown.

The Xiaomi Android 12 which will officially switch

All the xiaomi models from the list should receive the Android 12 update between 2021 and 2023. Most likely, most devices will be updated in the first quarter of 2023. Only a few high-end and major devices will see the arrival of the new operating system in 2021.

All these devices will sooner or later be Android 12. It is possible that they will update this new operating system with MIUI 12.5, but later they will also have the option of officially having MIUI 13.

Xiaomi Android 12: These Phones will not have the new Android

There is also a list of Xiaomi phones that won’t officially see Android 12. Everyone in the following list is apparently excluded from the official update. If you have one, you will need to renew it or update it informally to Android 12.
