If think of the characters of Dragon Ball, Bulma, Goku or Vegeta is perhaps the first that come to mind, however, they are not the only ones to have triumphed among the fans of Akira Toriyama’s work. One of the most popular is undoubted, Krillin, the warrior and great friend of the protagonist of Dragon BallSon Goku.
Of all the characters in Dragon Ball, Krillin is one of the most unique. For one, his personality is bold and fun-loving, while his physique is much smaller than the rest of his fellow battlers. In the physical aspect, it is also apparent that he has 6 marks on his forehead in addition he is one of the few characters in the series who has no nose despite being human.
Why doesn’t Krillin have a nose?
Although a while ago we solved the question of why Krillin had dots on their foreheads, now thanks to an interview with Akira Toriyama we can also find out why they don’t have noses. In this interview, he answered a few very specific questions related to his second successful anime job, including why Goku has a tail or what dragon balls are made of.
When asked why Krillin doesn’t have a nose, Akira Toriyama’s response was: “Hmm…Krillin has a physical idiosyncrasy that allows him to breathe through his skin.” This way, we were able to discover that the lack of a nose had nothing to do with a graphic appearance, but rather a trait of the character’s own disease.

Even though Krillin doesn’t seem to be around, Dragon Ball fans recently celebrated the official announcement of Dragon Ball The Breakers. this new game of the famous franchise will face Survivors and Attackers in 1 vs 7 multiplayer matches. At the moment we do not know when it will be released, but we do know that it will arrive on PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch.
