LG has never been known to launch really interesting midrange devices. That seems to change in 2020, as the company is a bit more worried about this line. Today the LG Q92 5G, a mid-range device that could be of great interest to some users. Its material is up to the best midrange of the moment, it is thus necessary to wait to know its price and to know if it is worth it. This device has several similarities with the LG Velvet, but from some of its details we know it will be cheaper.

These are components that we also see in the current LG Velvet, although the two devices hardly share a price. The LG Q92 5G arrives with a flat screen and a design that seems more modest. This means that the company may have saved some design costs to come up with a cheaper type of LG Velvet.
Google Play Console also displays details of its screen, which could arrive with FullHD + resolution and a size about 6 inch. The image shown by the news source shows a mid-range device with bezels that could be better used.
Finally, it is possible to appreciate a fingerprint sensor on the side right of the device. It won’t be under the screen, another detail that confirms the cost savings in design compared to the LG Velvet.
At the moment, you can only wait for LG to announce the terminal, its price and its availability in the various markets where the company is located. It doesn’t seem like an alternative that is going to steal a lot of sales from other companies, but it is true that this LG Q92 5G is one of the a few mid-range LGs that will be worth buying.
