New OnePlus Nord 2 5G: features, price and reviews

As expected today, OnePlus presented its new mid-range smartphone, the OnePlus Nord 2 5G. This device replaces one of the most interesting mid-range of last year, the OnePlus North. The company has had a good time filling it with news, making it a bit more special, and launching it to fight the Xiaomi horde arriving for the year’s second half. If you are looking for one of the best midranges, this OnePlus interests you.

A design based on the New OnePlus Nord 2 5G

New OnePlus Nord 2 5G This is a mid-range OnePlus 9 with a few other modifications. As soon as you see it, it is impossible not to notice the similarity with the top of the range. It’s a good design, and the camera module and colors give it a different touch compared to other mid-range devices.

The fingerprint detectorUnlike most devices, it sits below the screen, not on the side. What we find on one side is the popular switch for volume modes. It’s probably the only mid-range mobile that includes it.

The rear houses a simple design with a triple module in which two of the three sensors stand out. This front part stands out the most, offering a very worn panel with small bezels and a hole in the screen.

We cannot say that it is a Miniature OnePlus 9It’s a similar size, but it’s a OnePlus 9 with some details missing. The design is quite attractive and appears to be made very well.

The characteristics of this device are remarkable, offering some very interesting points and others which leave a little to be desired. The best news is that the processor is a MediaTek dimension 1200, a high-end chip introduced last year that will deliver the best possible performance to this OnePlus Nord 2 5G.

The bad news about the device is that its display is 90 Hz and not 120 Hz, like other competitors whose price is lower. OnePlus wanted to save money at one point and did so on a screen with a quality that is, for example, not up to the processor.

Yet the performance, screen, camera, and battery offer a balanced and perfect device for many users today. All of this is with a fresh and more interesting design than most options from other brands.

OnePlus Nord 2 5G price

The new OnePlus midrange will be sold in Spain from July 28 at a price of 399 euros ($ 470) for the 8 + 128 GB version or 499 euros ($ 588) for the model with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.

It’s a steep price to be a mid-range, but you have to keep in mind that it’s a device with secure updates, a decent screen, the best mid-range performance, and a camera that promises to be one of the best in its price range.
